JOB OPPORTUNITY

GENERAL OFFICE CLERK

ON-CALL BASIS HOURS AS REQUIRED

The Town of Latchford is seeking a General Office Clerk who would be available to work on an on-call basis.

 

The duties include:

  • Covering of office and general office duties
  • Answering telephone and taking messages
  • Accepting payments and issuing receipts
  • Opening and closing of the office
  • Other duties as assigned

 

The successful candidate shall possess the following:

  • Ability to communicate well with the Public
  • General office experience
  • Operating a cash register
  • General knowledge of accounting software.
  • The ability to deal with all matters in a confidential manner,

 

Wage:

  • In accordance with the Municipal Employment Policy
