GENERAL OFFICE CLERK
ON-CALL BASIS – HOURS AS REQUIRED
The Town of Latchford is seeking a General Office Clerk who would be available to work on an on-call basis.
The duties include:
- Covering of office and general office duties
- Answering telephone and taking messages
- Accepting payments and issuing receipts
- Opening and closing of the office
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate shall possess the following:
- Ability to communicate well with the Public
- General office experience
- Operating a cash register
- General knowledge of accounting software.
- The ability to deal with all matters in a confidential manner,
- In accordance with the Municipal Employment Policy
