Residents may report issues using any of the following methods:

• Phone — Contact the Municipal Office during regular business hours.

• Email — Send a description of the issue and its location to the appropriate department.

• In Person — Visit the Municipal Office to speak with staff.

For urgent matters that pose an immediate risk to public safety, please contact the Municipal Office directly by phone.

Providing clear details helps staff respond efficiently. Please include:

• Description of the issue

• Exact location (address or nearest landmark)

• Date and time the issue was observed

• Photos, if available

• Your contact information (optional, but helpful for follow‑up)

Once your report is received:

1. Staff Review — The issue is logged and forwarded to the appropriate department.
