The Corporation of the Town of Latchford is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of this trailer.

Bid requirements
· Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid – 2010 Dump Trailer.”
· The bidder’s name and contact information must be included.
· Each bid must be accompanied by payment in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft.
· The highest eligible bid received will be accepted.
· If two or more bids are received for the same amount, the bid received first will be successful.
· Payments submitted by unsuccessful bidders will be returned.
Deliver sealed bids to the Town of Latchford Municipal Office before the deadline.
Late or unsealed bids will not be accepted.
